Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to ensure clarity and fairness for all of our guests. Please review the following cancellation policy:

Deposit & Payment Structure

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the retreat.

  • The second deposit, due in June, is 50% of the remaining balance and is refundable at 50% of the amount paid.

  • Final payment is due 2 months before the retreat start date.

  • Payment plans are available upon request. Please contact us for details on flexible payment options.

Cancellation Before 2 Months of Retreat Start Date

  • If you cancel more than 2 months before the retreat start date, the deposit of $500 is non-refundable. The remainder of your payment will be refunded at 50%.

Cancellation Within 2 Months of Retreat Start Date

  • If you cancel within 2 months of the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued for any payments made after the deposit, as we are unable to fill your spot on short notice.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case you need to cancel or make changes to your travel plans. If you are unable to attend the retreat, we cannot refund travel or accommodation costs, but your insurance may cover these situations.

 

Transfer of Spot

  • If you are unable to attend and need to transfer your spot to someone else, please contact us at least 14 days before the retreat. A $100 transfer fee will apply.
