In this session, we will guide you through a soothing sequence of gentle yoga poses, guided Yoga Nidra, and a peaceful sound bath—all designed to quiet the mind and release the tension held in the body. You’ll also learn effective tools to incorporate into your nightly routine, ensuring you create a bedtime ritual that supports deeper, more restful sleep.


What to Expect:

  1. Gentle Yoga Sequence:We’ll begin with a slow, mindful yoga practice focused on releasing tension and calming the nervous system. These gentle poses are designed to unwind the body and prepare it for deep relaxation.

  2. Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep):Next, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that helps you reach a state of deep relaxation. This practice allows your body to rest while your mind stays awake, offering the benefits of restorative sleep.
